Terms and Conditions
Prices include bed linen, towels and electricity. There may be a surcharge for gas in a cold spell.
A 20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking; balance to be paid at least two weeks before date of arrival. The balance (80%) will be returned with two weeks notice. With seven days notice the full amount will be forfeited unless the cottage can be re-let.
Cheques, (not cards at the moment), to be made out to Mrs. V. Sweeting.
Holiday insurance is always recommended.
No responsibity can be accepted for any loss or damage to personal effects.
On day of arrival, please check in between 4pm-6pm, (or confirm time by telephone).
We reserve the right to re-let the room/cottage not taken by 9pm. (unless notified of delay).
Laundry facilities are available.
Please vacate the room/cottage by 10am on day of departure.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
Please note there is a no smoking policy throughout.
High chair and cot available if ordered@ £10 per week.
Well behaved pets are welcome in Orchard Cottage by prior arrangement @£5 per day.
Breakage Policy: Accidents do happen, buy we reserve the right to charge for any damage.
Recycling waste :Plastic bottles,magzines and tins go in the BLUE bin.
General waste goes in the green bin ang please dispose of glass bottles in a bottle bank. There is one at the public house in Laxton.
