Appletree Holiday Cottages

A choice of two luxury  four star self-catering holiday cottages.  Appletree Holiday cottages are situated on the Dairy Farm, which forms a part of the magnificent Saltmarshe Estate.

ORCHARD COTTAGE ( Dog friendly)

  • Luxury, four star converted barn, sleeps four people (maximum of six)
  • Beautifully furnished open plan cottage with two double bedrooms and a spacious shower room; one double bed, one twin bed which can be made into super king size bed
  • A cosy kitchen/living area with a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the orchard, where, on   sunny evenings, guests can sit in peace and tranquility. Also perfect for a summer BBQ.
  • Pets allowed by prior arrangement; conditions sent on request

RIVER COTTAGE

  • A beautifully decorated, light and airy two bedroomed cottage, sleeps four people (maximum six).    Overlooks its own private courtyard with access to the orchard and a stone’s throw from the banks of the River Ouse. Enjoy exquisite sunsets.
  • A separate kitchen and elegant spacious sitting room with dining table ; tastefully decorated.  (The kitchen window overlooks the river and ships pass by at tide time...great for shipping enthusiasts!)
  • NO pets allowed.
