From M62

Turn off at JUNC 37 for Howden.

Turn right at first roundabout and right at the second roundabout (near Renault garage) - signposted Howden Dyke, Skelton. (Road goes over the motorway).

Going past 'Port Services' up to the river bank where you take a left turn (riverbank on your right).

Keep going along up to the railway bridge/river crossing then take a left to Saltmarshe (Sarah Rhodes Lane). Go approx 1 mile into the old parkland.

Take 1st right to the tarmac drive. Straight onto the drive "Dairy Farm - Appletree Cottages"
