Our pretty cottages each sleep four people and have lots of parking and a private orchard to enjoy.

We are situated on the edge of ancient parkland, where our visitors can enjoy walks with their dog.( Orchard Cottage welcomes dogs by arrangement). There are also walks along the river bank where you can see the ocean-going ships as well as yachts etc,  which pass by on the river Ouse. Those interested in fishing can try their skills in our ponds or the many other local ones.

Saltmarshe is very well placed for guests visiting the wider Yorkshire region. Although we are deep in the countryside, with its peace and tranquillity, we are still within easy reach of the coast: historic cities, such as York, stately homes and towns for retail therapy.
